Context

EPC manages its material through a home drive database, managed by EPC-OMS section. This database relies on EDMS-stored documentation and on the CERN codification based on "HCR" codification. The idea of these pages is to provide a process, agreed between LPC and OMS section, which minimizes the number of iteration and rework of any file being created.
When creating several hundreds of mechanical piece of a large assembly like a power converter located in its power rack, optimizing the process is required.
