 Introduction
In 2010, CERN decided to invest ressources in the understanding of radiation induced failures on electronic devices / components. A team was dedicated to radiation studies, providing and sharing knowledge acquired in this domain. This team was also in charge of developping specific database, and some radiation testers, in the framework of R2E-EPC Project.
