Bill Of Material / Cable List .edms

For creating the Bill Of Material (BOM) of a project. PCB BOM shall be kept under TE-MPE responsability.	To be used for creating the Cable List of a project.

Magnetic Component Specification .edms
To be used for any magnetic component specification. Contact sy-dep-epc-lpc for process.

Electrical Diagram .edms
To be used for any power converter, or system with boards interconnecting.

Project Mandate & Resources Documents .edms

Starting a CERN project. 2-pages. Real examples: 1, 2, 3. Guide: .ppt, .pptx.	To be used when designing a CERN project, for (people) resources plan. The data inherited from this excel file can be easily displayed in a readable powerpoint presentation (see templates).

Project Milestone / Logical Plan .edms
To be used when designing any project at CERN. (Ideally 1-page A4 only document). Real examples: 1, 2, 3. Help guides & presentations: "how to manage a project through only two A4 document" .pptx, "How to design a good milestone plan" .pptx

Project Activity Plan .edms
To be used for managing a task or a project at CERN. Specifically dedicated for optimum integration with CERN usual constraints. Real examples: 1, 2, 3

Short Action Plan (.ods or .doc) .edms
To be used every time a task requires some specific path to be solved (operation issue, or decision ). Spreasheet format allows some automatism regarding reviewing task completion. (a .doc version exists in edms link but not recommended). Real examples: 1, 2. Guide (how to use / create this document): .ppt.

Machine Matrix Overview .edms
To be used for the pre-design phase of a global machine involving several converters and circuits, with customizable overviews. Real examples: 1, 2

Machine Circuit Commissionning Follow-Up .edms
To be used for the commissionning of several circuits of a given machine.

Transfer Function Calc File .edms
Measurement of a EUT (black-box)

This excel file integrate a predefined and trimmable transfer function for DUT or power supply characterization (under # conditions) or deeper analyse.
