AC-Departures Water-Departures Ventilation Needs Network

AC-Departures:
  • 1x [32A-1Ph(4-plugs)]:
    → 1x for Climate Chamber (7kW standard max consumption)
  • 4x [16A-3Ph]:
    → 1x for each (DUT Rack Input Power)
    → 1x for EMC Test area
  • 3x [16A-1Ph Boxes (4-plugs)]:
    → 2x for Elec. Load Rack (8 plugs in total)
    → 1x for EMC Test area + office (4 plugs in total)

Water-Departures:
  • 30 l/min @ ddp=3 bars & ddT= 10°C
    → 3 racks to be cooled with 10 l/min per rack
    → 3 minimum identified departures (1/rack).
    A rack of Active Load will require 5 separated water circuits
    (2kW/circuit max). Split is done at the level of the rack distribution.

Networks:
  • 5x RJ45 Ethernet (Gigabit) Plugs
    → 1x RJ45 per AC Departure Network Panel (3x in total)
    → 2x RJ45 for Computers
  • 3x FGC3 Plugs
    → 1x FGC3 per AC Departure Network Panel (3x in total)
