Load: 60 mOhms + 3 mH AC: 400V Nominal Hall 287 Period: 2015-06 A lot of measurements done, exchanging modules, FGC, turning DCCT sense, etc to determine why sometimes on major part of the times spikes can be seen on one polarity only. Results of this work: 1. DCCTs are ok 2. FGC seems ok 3. Power Source seems ok 4. Inductive Load seems to create some issues. 4.a When converter is showing spikes, when the DC Load cables are inverted at the level of the load, the problem change of polarity. (a problem arrives at 550A, if DC Cables are exchanged at the level of the load, problem nows appear at -550A). 4.b Level of earthing current is between 5.E-04 and -7E-04 4.c Could it be the inductive load which starts to leak, depending on the sense of the cabling (one polarity could be more sensitive, and depending on the cabling sense is more exposed to leak, (sometimes at + 10V, sometimes at + 50V?) A current error, over several hours of less than 50 mA.pk (g meas.max.abs_err) is a sign of a converter working correclty on a sane testbed.
